Welcome to Genome Browser With Application (GBAPP; http://gbapp.riceblast.snu.ac.kr/) web site!

This web site is developed to construct the bioinformatics tools with SNU Genome Browser (SNUGB; http://genomebrowser.snu.ac.kr/), developed recently with new concepts. One of advanced things of SNUGB is component design to provide diverse web interfaces as "modules." One of these interfaces is for selecting specific region of genome sequences via the layer. This interface enables us to develop new bioinformatic tools, such as gBLAST and gPrimer3, which are available now.
